Every time I get to treat a patient, I feel awed by what acupuncture does. My approach to acupuncture is to listen carefully to a patient's whole story, be sensitive to what they can tolerate or absorb, and help them heal themselves. I look at each patient from an energetic as well as musculoskeletal perspective. I use trigger point needling when appropriate as well as Kiiko Matsumoto Acupuncture. Treatments usually include moxa, some bodywork, and advice on healing with food and western herbs.

I utilize acupuncture and herbal medicine in treating a variety of women's health issues. I am experienced in fertility acupuncture including treating those undergoing IVF or IUI. In addition, I am experienced in treating gynecological disorders such as fibroids, PCOS, irregular menses, menopausal symptoms and PMS. Additionally I have a passion for supporting women during pregnancy and postpartum and have completed an additional 2 year training in this field.
