I specialize in a progressive style of acupuncture called Acupuncture Physical Medicine. Acupuncture Physical Medicine (APM) is the fusion of Classical Chinese, French and Japanese meridian styles of Acupuncture with the Western approach of myofascial trigger point release. APM is used to alleviate symptoms that may arise due to structural and energetic imbalances or blockages. In many cases these imbalances stem from a stress-related holding pattern that can be resolved using acupuncture. APM is a style of acupuncture developed and taught by Dr. Mark Seem, the president and founder of the Tri-State College of Acupuncture.

Jessica Puckett, MSOM, L.Ac, is a licensed acupuncturist specializing in the treatment of pain, orthopedic injury, sports performance and cosmetic acupuncture. She has over 12 years of clinical experience and takes a multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of pain. Personally, Jessica offers acupuncture, electrotherapy, dry needling, herbal medicine, and other manual therapies to alleviate pain. She also strongly believes in integrative medicine and works closely with a select group of MDs, Chiropractors, and other specialist to comprehensively treat and eliminate pain and dysfunction after injury.
