May Liao is a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) by the Virginia Board of Medicine. She is also a Board Certified Diplomate of Oriental Medicine) by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She holds a Masters of Science Degree (cum laude) from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, CA and completed post-graduate studies at the Jiangxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanchang, China. She has also studied extensively with Jeffrey Yuen.
