Slow Paths Wellness helps people build more vibrant, resilient health through individualized, integrative care.
I combine acupuncture, clinical herbal therapy, East Asian medicine, functional health principles, SoftWave device treatments, and lifestyle medicine to help patients better understand the factors contributing to their health concerns and develop practical strategies that support healing and well-being.
A significant part of my practice is working with people whose health concerns do not fit neatly into a single diagnosis — including complex, chronic, and multi-system conditions. I take a whole-person approach, looking at patterns across body systems, lifestyle, stress, nutrition, and traditional East Asian medicine rather than focusing only on an isolated symptom.
I also provide supportive care for people living with cancer and undergoing oncology treatment. Acupuncture, herbal medicine when appropriate, nutrition and lifestyle support, and other integrative strategies may be used alongside conventional medical care to help patients manage symptoms, treatment-related challenges, stress, and overall quality of life.
My practice is not limited to illness. I also work with people who want to maintain their health, age well, improve resilience, and feel their best. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in healthy lifestyle management, I incorporate acupuncture, preventive lifestyle strategies, and principles from both traditional longevity practices
